چکیده
Abstract Background The clinical use of the radial artery (RA) in coronary bypass grafting (CABG) is still limited worldwide, although it has been recommended by several guidelines. Multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) widely used to evaluate graft patency, as invasive angiography could cause potentially serious risks including bleeding, dissection and stroke. This study aims report short-term results RA CABG with MDCT. Methods population consists 41 consecutive patients undergoing elective between 2017 2018, MDCT performed patency during follow-up, target vessels for were non-left anterior descending arteries > 70% stenosis. Results A total 150 grafts assessed follow-up (mean, 8.9 ± 5.1 months). clearly show structure grafts, even complex revascularization. Graft left internal mammary was 92.9% (39/42), 84.4% (38/45) saphenous vein 81.1% (30/37). And anastomosed system might have better than right (25/29, 86.2% vs 13/16, 81.3%, p = 0.686). Conclusions rate good, be associated when but not artery. provide excellent visualization CABG.

Noninvasive evaluation of coronary artery bypass grafts with 16-slice multidetector computed tomography.
BACKGROUND The aim of this study was to investigate the diagnostic accuracy of 16-slice multislice, multidetector computed tomography (MDCT) angiography for the evaluation of grafts in patients with coronary artery bypass grafting (CABG). METHODS Fifty-eight consecutive patients with CABG who underwent both MDCT and conventional invasive coronary angiography were included. The median time int...

BACKGROUND Coronary artery disease (CAD) is the most common cause of hospitalization and mortality in many industrialized countries. We analysed the diagnostic accuracy of multi-detector row spiral computed tomography (MDCT) in determining mid- to high-grade coronary artery stenoses (> 50%). METHODS Sixty-nine patients with suspected CAD were referred to MDCT coronary angiography. Patients wi...

The fast volume coverage of retrospective ECG-gated multidetector-row helical CT(MDCT)arrows for acquisition of the entire heart volume with nearly isotropic spatial resolution(0.5×0.5×0.6 mm)within a single breath-hold. The sub-millimeter spatial resolution enables depiction of the major and also of peripheral coronary artery segments with lumen diameter down to 1 mm. The results of studies of...

INTRODUCTION AND OBJECTIVES Although it has been demonstrated that the diagnostic accuracy of computed tomography in the non-invasive assessment of major epicardial coronary arteries is high, only a few studies have evaluated the technique's reliability in assessing coronary artery bypass grafts. The aim of this study was to determine the diagnostic accuracy of multidetector computed tomography...
متن کاملElective vs non-elective radial artery grafts: comparing midterm results through 64-Slice computed tomography.
BACKGROUND Left internal thoracic artery to left anterior descending artery (LITA-LADA) grafting has become a fundamental part of the coronary artery bypass graft procedure (CABG). This grafting in turn has led to an increased use of other arterial conduits, of which the radial artery (RA) is most popular. Whether RA grafting can be used in the emergency patient is controversial. METHODS 47 p...
